Fast-Paced

Containing the Choleric and Sanguine Temperaments, the types that are Fast-Paced are energetic, social, and assertive. They talk a lot, do a lot, and love being the center of attention. However, they are prone to not looking inwards enough and relaxing.

Slow-Paced

Containing the Phlegmatic and Melancholic Temperaments, the types that are Slow-Paced are passive, reserved, and quiet. They listen a lot, think a lot, and don't like being the center of attention. However, they often can be scared to assert themselves.
