Single Observers vs Single Decider

The Single Observers are overdoing one side of the Organize vs Gather coin and neglecting its opposite. They can get stuck because they are not willing to engage fully with the opposite need. The IxxJs are overdoing control and organization and get stuck when they need to acquire and adapt to new information. The ExxPs are overdoing chaos and get stuck when they need to implement order and control into their lives.

The Single Deciders are going all in on one side of the Self vs Tribe Coin and neglecting its opposite. They worry about being judged because they are not paying as close of attention to the decisions being made in the opposite need. The IxxPs are overdoing self and feel judged by the tribe for doing what they want to do without considering how they are aligning. The ExxJs are overdoing tribe and feel judged by the tribe when their personal decisions don’t line up for once.
