It is the state of enterprise and enthusiasm. It represents a psyche that is emotionally flexible, and rationally and physically tense. We are on this state when we focus on acting towards a resolution inspired by our guts or inspiration. We are enthusiastic, and looking to mobilize and motivate others. We want to understand and clarify what inspire us in order to follow it.

By definition, this is the state of focus in action, regulation and inspiration. Its main characteristic is acting upon goals and emotion, bringing excitement to industry, and putting plans into action. This defines our ability to be proactive and determined to carry out desired and fascinating enterprises.

People who have a strong tendency to this state focus on their actions, desires and plans. Their attention goes to motivation and accomplishment. For them, being proactive is more pressing than being susceptible or relaxed. They sympathize with people that project charisma and mental clarity. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and might have a tendency to get involved in more things than they can handle. They like to feel part of things, and enjoy leadership. They are good at following and laying out plans, and new methods of execution if these are found to be more invigorating. They might be eager to try new avenues, but unwilling to give up, rest or restart fresh or from zero.

People that are strongly entrepreneurial are persistent and ambitious. They value success, appreciation and merits, and use this as a measure of how important or satisfactory things are. They want to feel in charge and control, but most of all lead. They can be stubborn, but may change and tweak goals to better suit changing passions or interests. These changes can come from the reception they perceive from others, as well as new possible directions or avenues for success.
