Trusted User

Trusted users are those who have been with PDB for a long enough time and have made great contributions to the site. As a result, they can edit profiles that are not created by them. 

Trusted users can see a smile badge on their user page, and this badge is only viewable to themselves.

took me so long to realize, so editing privileges aren't just for mods heh....
