  1. Describe your upbringing. Did it have any kind of religious or structured influence? How did you respond to it? I grew up catholic which has helped me with not being so aggressive and it has pacified my ambitions. I have a hard time expressing anger at times and taking what is mine, because it was frowned on. I see myself as more of a thinker when I disengage from the faith and focus more on God himself. School was very easy at first but got fairly challenging later on. I have dyslexia and was put in after school tutoring as a quick fix solution. I was held back in 4th grade and quickly became friends with the nerds and antagonized their bullies mellowing out the class dynamics. I than gave up on the education system becoming a class clown and seeing the bigger picture in life at a very young age. father was in the hospital a lot doing my childhood and I try to have grace that he wasn't able to be there for me at times. I started working at the age of 15 and saved a lot of money and bought a cheap house at the age of 23 I was very proud of myself, but I ended up getting bored and lost in the next step in life. I started to drink all my money away and fucked off my integrity. I'm still guilty to this day that I fell in that trap. I think that's why I have issues with my mentors and the people I looked up to. I didn't get much advice when I asked for help and felt as though I learned a lot the hard way.
  2. What do you do as a job or as a career (if you have one)? Do you like it? Why or why not? I really enjoy my job I'm a shift lead at Starbucks. I love teaching and managing my team. I stand up for them a lot and I've been told by my higher ups that I challenge the status quo a little too much. I find myself being used rather than being moved up the ladder, this plays into question 1. I tend to do what is best for the team and not the best for myself.

I think I'm great at leadership. my bread-and-butter approach is "service is reciprocal." Leaders eat last and you have to approach people for who they are rather than how you want them to be. Once you have earned their favor you can mold them to who you want them to be. I enjoy transparency, I encourage critical thinking and I coach decision making. If I were to fall, I want everyone to know their roles without me. leadership is not a person but rather a vision that many can carry.

I was quite impressed on what machines or traps I would come up with for our hero. I took 4 years of art in high school I always thought I was decent art but i was always fascinated with the creative and philosophical side of art. the older I got the more abstract my art became. At a surface level, it signifies that a duck is what it is, and it can be understood by its inherent qualities. but on the flip side if something were to swim like a duck and fly a duck then it could be goose instead and that's why we need to be consistent with our logic.

  26. Do you break rules often? Do you think authority should be challenged, or that they know better? If you do break rules, why? We should always challenge the status quo just as much as we understand the "rule book." I feel if I have a vast understanding of the rules then a I can manipulate and break the rules, I also won't be giving out any ammunition to those I challenge the rules with. It's okay to break rules for integrities sake we can't have rules ruining our society and wellbeing.
