Attitudinal Psyche is an extension of the theory proposed in Syntax of Love and is meant to validate and complete many of the things talked about by Alexander Afanasyev. However, the theory of PY also measures of psychic energy which create a hierarchy around the attitudes and how they are used in each person, but AP disregards the usage of this energy and instead concerns itself entirely with attitudes themselves- a positive, negative, neutral, or ambivalent general attitude towards an object or idea- and these attitudes are still the same from PY (first, second, third, fourth) but are just approached differently.
